Lisa Halstead is the deputy division director of operational management and innovation. Lisa previously served as deputy division director for State Initiatives. Prior to joining the CSG Justice Center, Lisa was the founder and president of GreaterGood.org, a nonprofit that provides immediate disaster response fundraising. In that role, she established a grant-making program that raised and distributed nearly $4 million annually to more than 200 grantee organizations worldwide. Lisa was also the chief operating officer of CharityUSA.com, where she oversaw a $9.5 million operating budget and sustained a 30 percent annual growth rate at the forefront of the cause marketing explosion. Lisa received her BA in communications from the University of Washington.
