Meghna Padmanabhan
Senior Policy Analyst, State Initiatives
As a senior policy analyst, Meghna Padmanabhan supports multi-state initiatives focused on improving outcomes for people on supervision. In this role, she engages with legislators, agency staff, and advocacy organizations to develop data-informed policy recommendations, deliver technical assistance, and facilitate strategic planning aligned with agency priorities. Prior to this role, Meghna worked with the Missouri Coalition Against Trafficking and Exploitation, where she led legislative tracking and advocacy efforts to support survivors of trafficking. She received her BA in sociology from Washington University in St. Louis and her MSW from the Brown School of Social Work and Public Health, with a concentration in social impact leadership and a specialization in policy.
