Michael McElroy leads talent acquisition for the CSG Justice Center. Michael has over 15 years of experience working in talent acquisition, human resources, and program management. Most recently, Michael was a senior recruiting consultant at Nonprofit HR, where he led talent acquisition for a wide array of nonprofit and social impact organizations. Michael obtained his MS in human resources management from Villanova University and his BA from Dickinson College. He is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and received a Certified Search Consultant credential from the American Staffing Association.
