Oby Agbu works closely with the deputy division director and operations staff to ensure compliance with operational policies and support activities within the State Initiatives Division. Previously, Oby worked at The Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University, where she served as a liaison between the dean and all personnel involved in school operations. She also assisted with academic recruitment and appointment operations. At Resnicow and Associates, she oversaw and coordinated diverse projects for the president and collaborated with the senior executive team to implement robust organizational systems. Oby holds a BA in information technology and informatics from Rutgers University—New Brunswick.
