Representative Rick D. Youngblood

Representative Rick D. Youngblood has been an Idaho state representative since 2012. He serves on the Economic Outlook & Revenue Assessment Committee, the Credit Rating Enhancement Committee, and the Idaho Public Safety CommunicationCommission. Prior to that, he spent 10 years in the private sector as the president of an engineered wood products and commercial development company and 30 years in banking. He attended North Idaho College and College of Idaho and is a graduate of NW AgCredit School-Washington State University, Pacific Coast Banking School-University of Washington, and the American Instituteof Banking.
