Toni Jo Howard

Toni Jo Howard is responsible for in-depth analysis of financial data, including programmatic budgets; variance analysis; and coordinating and leading teams in researching and building financial data for the organization’s budget. She oversees the team of financial analysts and managers in executing the organization’s more than 60 projects. Prior to joining the CSG Justice Center, she served as the finance director for local municipalities, managing financial operations, grants, and budgeting. She holds a BBA in accounting and an MPACC from the University of West Georgia and is a licensed CPA.
