Using Data in Prosecutor-Led Behavioral Health Diversion

Description: This webinar will focus on the importance of data when working with prosecutors on diversion programs. Participants will receive practical guidance for setting and compiling data metrics, including identifying baseline data and determining outcome measures, as well as designing specific programs that consider a person’s unique involvement with the criminal legal system. Attendees will also learn directly from prosecutors who operate early-intervention and integrated reentry diversion programs, specifically for people with mental and behavioral health conditions. These practitioners will share their experience and expertise about how data helped advance their programs. Attendees will also learn from other participants about their collaborative prosecutor programs.
