Hosted by the National Reentry Resource Center with funding support from the U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance and presented in collaboration with Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities (TASC) and the Addiction Technology Transfer Center Network, this webinar discusses how staff from multiple agencies can work together toward the shared outcomes of reducing recidivism and promoting recovery for people involved in the justice system. It focusses on coordinating multiple systems to implement strategies that increase a client’s post-release access to and participation in community treatment.
This webinar is intended for line-level corrections, community corrections, and behavioral health staff. Teams are strongly encouraged to view this webinar together, as there are team exercises. To download the slide presentation, click here.
