Arkansas
CSG Justice Center staff began providing intensive technical assistance in 2023 in Arkansas to help state leaders identify and address the most pressing criminal justice challenges. State leaders will receive state-specific, data-driven policy recommendations for consideration during the 2025 legislative session aimed at safely and effectively reducing recidivism statewide.
Kentucky
CSG Justice Center staff began providing intensive technical assistance in 2023 in Kentucky to help commonwealth leaders identify and address the most pressing domestic violence and intimate partner violence challenges. Commonwealth leaders will receive state-specific, data-driven policy recommendations for consideration during the 2025 legislative session aimed at reducing the prevalence of domestic violent and intimate partner violence, breaking the cycle of recidivism, and reducing victimization.
Minnesota
In 2021 and 2022, CSG Justice Center staff provided intensive technical assistance in Minnesota to help state and local leaders identify solutions grounded in data and research to make Minnesota’s criminal justice system more effective, fair, and equitable.
New Hampshire
In 2022, CSG Justice Center staff are providing intensive technical assistance in New Hampshire by conducting extensive data analysis of case-level data from county jails as well as Medicaid claims data from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). State leaders will receive data-driven recommendations in late 2022 for administrative policy and practice changes that address the individual needs of people with mental illnesses, substance use disorders, or co-occurring disorders in both community and correctional settings.
