JPLI Advisory Group
The Advisory Group provides collective knowledge and experience to inform decisions for the Judges and Psychiatrists Leadership Initiative (JPLI). The group consists of state supreme court justices, judges, psychiatrists, professors, and community leaders who shape judicial and behavioral health policies, programs, and outcomes across the country.

She
has
led
and
overseen
projects
related
to
state
policy
on
crisis
response,
pretrial
release,
competency
to
stand
trial,
familiar
faces,
diversion,
problem-solving
courts,
and
connections
to
housing
upon
reentry
and
has
worked
with
counties
of
all
shapes
and
sizes
on
analyzing
local
data
to
design
and
implement
new
policies
and
programs.
Hallie
received

BA

Brown
University
and
a
JD
from
Harvard
