The Advisory Group provides collective knowledge and experience to inform decisions for the Judges and Psychiatrists Leadership Initiative (JPLI). The group consists of state supreme court justices, judges, psychiatrists, professors, and community leaders who shape judicial and behavioral health policies, programs, and outcomes across the country.

courts,
and
law
enforcement
personnel.

joining

CSG
Justice
Center,
he
served
as
the
17th
Judicial
District
Problem-solving
Courts
coordinator
in
Pennsylvania,
which
also
functioned
as
a
national
mentor
court
program
under
the
direction
of
the
National
Drug
Court
Institute
and
the
U.S.
Department
of
Justice.
Steven
earned
his
BS
in
criminal
justice
from
York
College
of
Pennsylvania
and
his
MS
in
criminal
justice
administration
with
a
concentration
in
justice
administration
from
Loyola
University
New
Orleans.

a

Hallie
has
worked
with
leaders
in
almost
every
state
in
the
country
on

practice
at
the
intersection
of
justice,
behavioral
health,
and
housing.
She
has
led
and
overseen
projects
related
to
state
policy
on
crisis
response,
pretrial
release,
competency
to
stand
trial,
familiar
faces,
diversion,
problem-solving
courts,
and
connections
to
housing
upon
reentry
and
has
worked
with
counties
of
all
shapes
and
sizes
on
analyzing
local
data
to
design
and
implement
new
policies
and
programs.
Hallie
received

Harvard
