Court-Based Diversion (Lancaster County, NE)

The Lancaster County Department of Community Corrections offers 5 court-based diversion programs: treatment diversion, intensive supervision diversion, mental health diversion, veterans’ diversion, and general diversion programming.

• Provides multi-track diversion programming to better address behavioral health needs and to improve each program participant’s likelihood of success.   
• Using this approach allows Community Corrections to target individualized needs of program participants and the flexibility of providing varying levels of services.

  • Veteran’s Diversion – Specialty Track  
  • Adult Drug Court (Post Plea)

  • The Matrix Model Substance Use Treatment  
  • Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)  
  • Moral Reconation Therapy 
  • Helping Women Recover  
  • Helping Men Recover  
  • Substance Use Testing
